If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Information You share with Us and Who we share your data with
Account information. To create or update an account or join an exclusive list to be first to hear of a product or service we provide, suggest, or promote, you may decide to provide us with personal information about yourself such as your real name, email address, physical address, phone number, password, domain and/or similar account details. In addition, Customers that purchase a paid version of the Services provide DuckdownNFTs (or its payment processors) with billing details such as credit card information, banking information and/or a billing address. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Usage information.
Services metadata. When an Authorized User interacts with the Services, metadata is generated that provides additional context about the way Authorized Users interact with the Services. For example, DuckdownNFTs logs what Third Party Services are connected with the Services (if any).
Log data. As with most technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Websites or Services and record it in log files. This log data may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the address of the web page visited before using the Website or Services, browser type and settings, the date and time the Services were used, information about browser configuration and plugins, language preferences and cookie data.
Device information. DuckdownNFTs collects information about devices accessing the Services, including type of device, what operating system is used, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and crash data. Whether our site collects some or all of this information often depends on the type of device used and its settings.
Location information. DuckdownNFTs receives information from you, your Customer and other third parties that may help DuckdownNFTs approximate your location. DuckdownNFTs may, for example, use a business address submitted by your employer, or an IP address received from your browser or device to determine approximate location. DuckdownNFTs may also collect location information from devices in accordance with the consent process provided by your device.
Cookie information. DuckdownNFTs uses cookies and similar technologies in our Websites and Services to help us collect Other Information. The Websites and Services may also include cookies and similar tracking technologies of third parties, which may collect Other Information about you via the Websites and Services and across other websites and online services. This information is only retained so that you the user may be able to login and interact with any products or services you may buy or use through the website or so that you can keep track of your own history. DuckdownNFTs does not share any information you provide outside our ecosystem and your information may only be shared with third parties who we may work with to facilitate your use of products or services such as third-party payment processors, shopping carts, or user authentication services such as single-sign on that may facilitate your ability to log into any account you may have created on our website.
- Third-Party Services. A Customer can connect Third-Party Services to its Customer Instance. Typically, Third-Party Services are software services that integrate with DuckdownNFTs Services, and a Customer can permit its Authorized Users to enable and disable these integrations for its Customer Instance. DuckdownNFTs may also develop and offer DuckdownNFTs applications that connect the Services with a Third-Party Service. Once enabled, the provider of a Third-Party Service may share certain information with DuckdownNFTs. For example, if a single sign-on service is connected with DuckdownNFTs, we may receive the username and email address of Authorized Users, along with additional information that the application has elected to make available to DuckdownNFTs to facilitate the integration. Authorized Users should check the privacy settings and notices in these Third-Party Services to understand what data may be disclosed to DuckdownNFTs. When a Third-Party Service is enabled, DuckdownNFTs is authorized to connect and access Other Information made available to DuckdownNFTs in accordance with any permission(s) granted by Customer (including, by its Authorized User(s)). DuckdownNFTs does not, however, receive or store passwords for any of these Third-Party Services when connecting them to the Services.
How long we retain your data
If you provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number, this is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
When you delete your account, none of this information is retained by DuckdownNFTs for more than the maximum amount of time it takes for our servers to purge old information from our system.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Other than in the event your information is potentially shared with third-party services for the purposes described above or in the event we are compelled by law to do so, DuckdownNFTs does not send your data anywhere.
